Counselling Sessions
Counselling sessions are held in a safe, confidential and private setting.
Within your first session we will explore your issues in a sensitive way, deciding together how counselling can help you. We then discuss the number and frequency of sessions. This may be a few sessions or involve longer work over a period of time. This usually means meeting once a week, until you no longer need the counselling.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and payment is £45.
